The Application is intended for use by licensed real estate agents, team administrators, and brokerage staff. To use Deetoh, you must:
All accounts require admin approval before access is granted. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Deetoh reserves the right to reject any registration request or revoke access to any account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
The Application may only be used for legitimate real estate tour scheduling. You agree not to:
The following terms apply to SMS text message communications sent through the Deetoh platform, in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), FCC A2P 10DLC regulations, and CTIA Messaging Guidelines.

Route scheduling features use the Google Maps Distance Matrix and Geocoding APIs. Destination addresses you enter are transmitted to Google's APIs solely for the purpose of calculating route schedules. Use of these mapping features is subject to Google's Terms of Service. AR Taylor Real Estate is not affiliated with Google.
The Deetoh application, including its source code, design, interface, and documentation, is the property of AR Taylor Real Estate and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Application without our express written permission.
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Deetoh does not warrant that:
Deetoh generates tour schedules based on drive time and distance estimates provided by the Google Maps Platform at the time of route calculation. These schedules are provided solely as a planning aid and are not intended to be relied upon as a guarantee of accuracy, punctuality, or feasibility.
By using the scheduling features of the Application, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AR Taylor Real Estate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Schedule-specific limitation: AR Taylor Real Estate shall not be liable for any missed appointments, delayed showings, lost business, client dissatisfaction, or professional or financial consequences of any kind arising from reliance on drive times, departure times, or appointment schedules generated by the Application. By using the Application you confirm that you have independently validated the schedule and accept sole responsibility for its use.
SMS-specific limitation: AR Taylor Real Estate is not responsible for delays, failures in delivery, or any other issues related to the transmission or receipt of text messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. By using the SMS features of the Application, you acknowledge that Deetoh will not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from or related to the use of, or failure to receive, any text messages — including delays, non-delivery, or technical issues.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AR Taylor Real Estate and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Application or your violation of these Terms.
AR Taylor Real Estate may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Application at any time for violation of these Terms, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@artaylorrealestate.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Application after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Application shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
